• No scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of the platform that may disrupt services.
• No use of the brand or trademarks without permission.

6. Payments and refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by third‑party providers. We offer a seven‑day refund if less than 15% of the content is consumed. Template bundles are non‑refundable once downloaded.

7. Changes to services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or content to improve the learning experience or comply with legal requirements.

8. Disclaimers

Our content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business results. Implementation outcomes vary based on factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachVault Institute and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReachVault Institute from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.
